We utilise the "University of Newcastle" Testing Facilities at Glendale OR we can complete MOBILE V02 max testing at your home (using your treadmill or cycling ERGO) 

We currently offer:

1. V02 max testing to determine optimal training zones. 

2. Metabolic Cart to determine fat and carbohydrate oxidation rates, and advice on how to improve the results.
